He is in posession of a passport copy from Serbia\u00a0of a Morgen<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">th<\/span>aler which shows that in 1931, the letter <em>h<\/em> was dropped when issuing the document to Morgen<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">t<\/span>aler in handwriting. It can be assumed that this is the root of the name variant Morgen<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">t<\/span>aler without <em>th<\/em> in Serbia. The reason of this omission is probably the fact that Serbian is written in the cyrillic alphabet, which contains no <em>h<\/em>.
